RULES
TOP 8 PLAYERS that have the BEST TIMES in Left8 GAME 002 will qualify to play 1 ON 1 TOURNAMENT next day.
START/STOP TIME with stopwatch timer. 4 minute time limit.
2 Basketball Balls only. 1 passer and 1 rebounder only.
5 Spots (Left Corner, Left Wing, Top of the Key, Right Wing, and Right Corner) You can move into the next spot after all shots are made. For each rep the ball has to be received behind the cone.
Knocking over a cone is 5 second penalty each time.
This rule is for the first two makes which is a right hand finish and left hand finish. The finish can NOT be dunked with two hands but have to be released or dunked by the specific hand.
On each spot this is the shots that have to be made.
1x right hand lay-up or dunk.
1x left hand lay-up or dunk.
1x one dribble pull up to the right.
1x one dribble pull up to the left.
2x catch and shoot three pointer.
